What aspects do we take into account for the survey?

We examine your business in 6 main dimensions, which we further divided into sub-dimensions, so we analyze the operation of your company according to nearly forty aspects. We answer the following questions:

Customer experience: the customer’s image of the company and its products. How do you use digital tools to create and influence the customer experience?
Company management: how can the company’s management introduce and maintain digital culture?
Internal operation: the operation of the company, what role do digital tools play in this?
Organization, culture: how are employees able to use digital tools and how do they adapt to the challenges?
R&D, innovation: what is the innovation culture like, how can digital tools promote and maintain it?

What will you get?

We prepare a detailed report from the data obtained from the survey, which can be a good starting point for a future transformation project. The report includes:

Executive summary: as a brief explanation, we describe the methodology and background of the survey. This serves as a guide to processing what is written.
Evaluation: explanation of dimensional results, graphical evaluation, drawing of conclusions, sub-dimensions analysis. We also provide guidance in a SWOT analysis.
Digital Roadmap: we provide suggestions for digitization and organizational developments.

How much will it cost?

Our service is specifically tailored to the needs of medium-sized companies. During the introductory period, the fee for the report and the related 60-minute online workshop is HUF 590,000 + VAT (standard fee: HUF 990,000 + VAT).
