Our company, NOREX ERP Consulting, has been operating on the market since 2015, previously we operated under the brand name erp-consulting.hu, in 2022 we changed to the current image and name. Since the beginning, we have operated as a boutique consulting company, with a small number of experienced seniors and project managers, with special knowledge and the personal care of the Leader of our consulting company, Alexandra Kulcsár. This approach makes it possible for each of our customers to feel that they are the most important to us.
We are technology and supplier independent, which is truly unique in the domestic market, since most large consulting companies sell and introduce technological solutions themselves. Our freedom gives you the advantage that you will receive optimal solution proposals that are truly tailored to you.
We have 27 years of expertise at your disposal, so that the project of your medium- or large-sized company can be extremely successful. In 2022, our managing director, Alexandra Kulcsár, received the “ERP consultant of the year” Award at the Hungarian Business Award.

OUR TEAM
ALEXANDRA KULCSÁR
Alexandra Kulcsár, also known as the “blonde cyclone”, is our company founder, managing director and professional manager. Although she is eternally young, her professional history now goes back 27 years. She previously worked as an IT Advisory business manager for multinational software companies and BIG4 international consulting companies, but today she is one of the best-known experts in the Hungarian ERP ecosystem. So far, she has participated in 135+ digitization projects.
She is a regularly invited speaker at the most important business and IT events. From Forbes to HVG to Computerworld’s ERP blog, she has written numerous educational articles, produces videos and podcasts, teaches at several universities and MBA courses, is the founder and board member of the Hungarian DigiLean Association – all because her heart is to improve the Hungarian digitization culture.
HAJNALKA CSERNÁK
As a consultant responsible for the economic area, I have been strengthening the NOREX ERP Consulting team since 2023. In my previous life as an economic manager – from accounting to management reports – I got to know several company management systems as a user. As an internal auditor, I gained experience in assessing and developing processes.
I would also like to get to know the various company management systems from the supplier’s point of view, for which participation in the selection and implementation process provides an excellent opportunity.
The joy of discovery, the acquisition of new knowledge, and the creation of value are my goals at work and in other areas of life as well.
In my free time, I take care of my lavender plantation, learn the medicinal trade, and discover new effects of this wonderful plant.
ISTVÁN ÁGOSTON
As a consultant and project manager responsible for the SCM area, I have been strengthening the NOREX ERP Consulting team since 2017. In my previous life, I (also) worked as a project manager and, as a senior consultant, I helped clients with the company-specific planning of digitization opportunities, the selection of solution suppliers, and the quality assurance of implementation projects.
As a certified engineer-economist and quality management system auditor, the re-planning/organization of business processes and the development of administration are my favorite professional areas.

GÁBOR BENKÓ
My name is Gábor Benkó, I have been working as a senior consultant at NOREX ERP Consulting Kft. since 2023.
In 1984, I managed to sit down in front of a Commodore 64, and I am still next to a computer. I turned to my current profession in 1990, when I started working as a programmer, and the economics degree I received in 2002 confirmed me for good. I have worked on both the supplier and customer side for several years (both as an employee and as a contractor), so I have gotten to know the needs and arguments of several sides over time. I had the opportunity to get to know several ERP systems from the technical side, from SME level to multinationals.
In addition to achieving success, continuous learning is an important driving force for me, but I am also happy to share my knowledge.
My hobby is gliding, which as a team sport also perfectly represents the successes achieved through joint work. Besides ERP systems, I see the future in my grandchildren and my fruit trees.
